Shipping Policy

We ship orders via Royal Mail 48 service for UK (Only UK Shipping).

2-4 working days for parcel delivery.

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday will be processed & shipped on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-4 working days (excluding holidays).

For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail on Monday to Saturday

Return Policy

If a return is recurred please email us on hayatparfumsltd@gmail.com and we will walk you through the process.

Due to this product being a healthy and beauty product we can not offer return or refund policy due to health and safety reasons.

The only product we can accept returns or refund on are products that have been damaged before it got to the customers - for more information please contact us on the above email.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Note there is a seal on the product so we know when it has been used).

We do accept returns if the product is damaged only (Only when opened not after use), and can send replacements for any damages but this is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, if you have NOT got photographic evidence of any damages, we will not be accepting return. Any statutory rights are not affected by the above.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
